PryVPN checks your network before blaming anything else. When it says “Your Wi-Fi has no internet right now. This isn't the VPN.”, both Android and PryVPN found that the network doesn't reach the internet.
- Tap Disconnect and open a website. If it doesn't load either, the network is the problem.
- Turn airplane mode on and off, or turn Wi-Fi off to try mobile data.
- At home, restart the router. On mobile data, check that mobile data is on and that you have data left.
- On Wi-Fi in a hotel, café or airport, you may have to sign in first: Wi-Fi login pages.
Meanwhile PryVPN waits, with the tunnel closed. It connects on its own when the network is back, and it doesn't switch servers because of a problem that isn't the server's.
Weak signal
If PryVPN shows Weak signal, your network works but is losing a lot of data, for example far from the router, in a lift or on a train. PryVPN doesn't switch servers because of it. Move closer to the router or wait for a better signal.
If websites load without PryVPN but not with it, the network may be blocking VPNs: see Networks that block VPNs.
