We don't sell or share what you do online. We don't even record it.

How we pay for it
Honestly, and in the open.
During the beta, we fund the network ourselves. It's deliberately small, and it grows as more people use it.
If we add paid extras later, they'll be optional, like a dedicated IP address or more devices at once. The free version stays, with no ads and no data selling.
What we'll never do to pay the bills: sell data, put ads or affiliate links in your traffic, or sell the network's bandwidth to anyone.
Why a waiting list instead of slowing everyone down
We could let everyone in and let the network crawl. We'd rather keep it fast: we add people as fast as we add servers, and friends invited by current users go first. When it's your turn, you get an email with an access code.
The limits, and why they exist
A free network stays fast only if nobody can take it over. These are the only limits, and each one has a reason.
Fair share of bandwidth
Each server splits its bandwidth evenly between the people using it at that moment, so one heavy download can't slow everyone else down.
Up to 5 devices at once
One account is for one person and their own devices. It stops accounts from being resold or shared by crowds.
Automatic abuse limits
Ports used for spam are closed and connections that scan or attack are slowed down for a few minutes. It protects the servers' addresses for everyone.
Early access by capacity
When the servers are close to full, new sign-ups wait on a list and get in as we add capacity. People who are already in are never affected.

Questions about free
Will PryVPN always be free?
The free version will stay, with no ads, no data selling and no data cap. If we add paid extras later, they'll be optional, and we'll say so here first.
Is there a speed limit on the free version?
No. The only thing that shares speed is the fair split of each server's bandwidth between the people using it at the same moment.
Why do I have to wait to get in?
Because we only let people in when there's room on the servers. It keeps PryVPN fast for everyone. Existing users are never moved to the list.
How do I skip the waiting list?
Ask a friend who uses PryVPN for an invite code. Each code works once, and people who bring friends get more codes.
