Use the form on our abuse page, or email abuse@pryvpn.com. Include:
- the PryVPN IP address,
- the date and time, with the time zone,
- the port and protocol, such as TCP 22,
- what you saw, ideally a log excerpt without other people's personal data.
We act within 24 hours on child sexual abuse material and requests from authorities, within 48 hours on attacks and network abuse, and within 72 hours on everything else.
What we can and can't do
We don't log which account used an IP address, so we can't tell anyone who it was. We can tighten the limits on that server, block a port or take the server out of service, and we suspend an account when a report includes its account number. Our servers already slow down scans, password guessing and floods on their own.
