PryVPN is the free VPN for Android that encrypts your connection with WireGuard, hides your IP address and blocks ads and trackers, on any Wi-Fi or mobile network. No activity logs. No card. Your data is never sold.

The real app screen. Your IP, network, time and our server locations are live; the connection is a demo, so nothing on your device changes.
More locations are on the way. We only list a location once it is running.
Every site you open can see this. Right now.
We just looked, from inside your browser, and nothing was sent anywhere. The five under "Your connection" are exactly what PryVPN hides. The rest comes from your browser itself, and we'll be straight with you about that too.
Your connection PryVPN hides these
Your browser shared by your browser, not your connection
A VPN protects your connection, not your browser's fingerprint. For these, use a privacy-focused browser. We'd rather tell you than oversell.
On public Wi-Fi, your browsing is an open book
Whoever runs the hotspot can read which sites you open. Flip the switch and follow the same traffic with PryVPN.

Everything a paid VPN does. None of the catch.
No trial, no speed caps, no data limits, no locked features. Everything below is in the beta, except the one card marked "coming later".
The right server, picked for you
Smart Location weighs latency, server load, packet loss and distance across every live location, and shows you why it picked one. You just tap connect.
Real locations, with health and load from our live network. Here latency is estimated from the distance to Madrid, as an example; the app measures from where you are.
Fewer ads. No trackers. No malware sites.
Blocked at DNS level, so it works in every app, not only your browser.
Fast, modern encryption
The lean protocol trusted by security teams. If a network blocks it, PryVPN switches to TCP 443 by itself.
No accidental leaks
If the tunnel drops, your phone waits instead of falling back to the open network, within what Android allows.
On before you think of it
Mark home and work as trusted. On any other Wi-Fi, PryVPN connects the moment you join.

Your bank app, your rules
Keep banking or Android Auto on your normal connection and protect everything else. Tap an app to move it.
Two servers, one route
Enter in one country and exit in another, for when you want an extra step between you and a site. It's built but switched off during the beta. We'll turn it on once it's tested, and the app will show the extra latency.
Blocked on this network? Open it anyway, privately.
Unblock websites, apps and calls with a VPN: on hotel, work or school Wi-Fi, abroad, or where your provider blocks VPNs. Pick your situation and watch it open.
WireGuard · UDP · no answerCategory: Social networkingConnection resetCategory: Adult contentWireGuard · UDP · blockedHotel and airport Wi-Fi
PryVPN opens the Wi-Fi sign-in page for you. If the network drops UDP, it switches to Stealth by itself: WireGuard inside TLS 1.3 on port 443, like any secure website.
Calls, maps and messages go through, encrypted, on a network you don't control.
Work, school and campus networks
Filters match the names you look up (DNS), the site name in each connection (SNI) and its IP address. Inside the tunnel they see none of them, so there is nothing to block.
Schools and employers set rules for their own networks. Unblocking a site doesn't change what you agreed to.
Messaging and social media on a trip
App blocks go by server addresses and protocols. Inside the tunnel your phone talks only to a PryVPN server in Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, and United States, so chats and feeds reach home.
VPN rules differ by country: check the local law before you travel.
Sites the filter blocks, adult ones too
Category filters work on DNS. PryVPN answers your lookups on its own no-log resolver inside the tunnel, so the filter has nothing to match.
For adults. Sites still check your age where the law requires it, and you follow the rules of your country and of the network you use.
When your provider or country blocks VPNs
Stealth carries WireGuard inside real TLS 1.3 on port 443, the port of every secure website. In Auto, PryVPN tries it alongside UDP and keeps whichever connects first. It gets through most VPN blocks.
Where VPNs are restricted, know the local law before you connect.
Private browsing. Whatever you're into.
Incognito mode forgets your history on your phone. It doesn't stop your router, your internet provider or the office network from keeping their own list of every site you open. PryVPN does.
| Who can see the sites you open | Incognito only | With PryVPN |
|---|---|---|
| Your phone's history | Hidden | Use both |
| Wi-Fi owner and router | Can see | Hidden |
| Your internet provider | Can see | Hidden |
| Office or campus network | Can see | Hidden |

These screens run the interactive app prototype. Connect, switch locations, run a leak test.
Prototype with sample data: its server list and speeds are examples. The live network has four locations today, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, and United States.
Four locations at launch. More on the way.
PryVPN opens with servers in Frankfurt, Germany, London, United Kingdom, Montreal, Canada, and Los Angeles, United States. Each one runs WireGuard, Stealth mode on TCP 443, our own no-log DNS and the same ad and tracker blocking. We add a location only once it's running and tested.
Live status appears here when you're online.

Free. Really. Here's how.
Most free VPNs pay for servers with what they see. We don't sell data, we don't put ads in your traffic, and the app has no advertising SDKs.
During the beta we fund the network ourselves. If we add optional paid extras later, like dedicated IPs, the free version stays, with no speed caps and no data limits.
Privacy shouldn't come with a catch. PryVPN keeps your data private, your traffic ad-free, and the free plan unlimited.
| Topic | PryVPN | The usual free VPN |
|---|---|---|
| Activity logs | None | Often kept or sold |
| Ads in your traffic | Never | Sometimes injected |
| Third-party SDKs | None | Ad and analytics kits |
| Data limits | None | Daily or monthly caps |
| Protocol | WireGuard | Older or proprietary |
| Account | Email or Google only | Name, phone or card |
We can't sell what we never collect
This is the complete list of what PryVPN stores, and for how long. No fine print anywhere else.

Straight answers
Is PryVPN really free?
Yes. No trial, no speed cap, no data limit and no locked features. If we add optional paid extras later, the free version stays. Here is everything our free VPN for Android includes.
How does PryVPN make money?
During the beta, it doesn't: we fund the network ourselves. We will never sell your data or put ads in your traffic. If we need revenue later, it will come from optional paid extras, and we'll say so here first.
Is a free VPN safe to use?
Many aren't, because they log or sell what they see. PryVPN keeps no activity logs, has no advertising or analytics SDKs and uses WireGuard. Our no-logs page lists everything we store.
Can PryVPN unblock websites?
It gets around blocks set by the network you're on, such as office, campus, hotel or public Wi-Fi filters, because the network can't see which site you open. Some sites block VPNs themselves, and you should respect the rules that apply to you.
Can my Wi-Fi owner see what sites I visit?
Without a VPN, usually yes. With PryVPN, they only see an encrypted connection to a PryVPN server, not the sites inside it.
Does incognito mode hide my history from my internet provider?
No. Incognito only stops your browser from saving history on your phone. Your provider and your network still see the sites. PryVPN hides them.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign up in the app with Google, or with your email and a password that you confirm with a code. We don't ask for your name, phone number or a card, we keep only a hash of your password, and we never use your email for advertising.
Does PryVPN make me anonymous?
No VPN can promise that. PryVPN hides your IP from websites and encrypts your traffic from your network. Sites you sign into still know it's you.
Where are PryVPN's servers?
At launch, PryVPN has four server locations: Frankfurt (Germany), London (United Kingdom), Montreal (Canada), and Los Angeles (United States). More locations are on the way, and we only list a location once it is running. The app and our homepage show which ones are online right now.
Will it slow down my connection?
Any VPN adds some distance. Smart Location picks a nearby, lightly loaded server so the difference stays small, and with only a few locations at launch it depends on how far you are from the nearest one.
Is multi-hop available?
Not yet. Routing through two servers is built but switched off during the beta. We'll turn it on once it's tested, and say so here.
What happens if someone abuses PryVPN?
Our servers stop it automatically, by behavior rather than identity: ports used for spam and attacks are blocked, and a device that starts scanning, brute-forcing or flooding is slowed down for 2 minutes, then restricted for 30 if it keeps going. Both expire on their own and nothing is logged. Anyone affected can report it on our abuse page, and we count every report in our transparency report.
Is using a VPN legal?
In most countries, yes. A few restrict VPNs, and organizations can set rules for their own networks. You're responsible for following the laws and policies that apply to you.
Is PryVPN on Google Play?
Yes, as a free beta. Leave the Google email of your phone on our beta page to join the queue: we email you the Google Play link to install it when your place opens.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 8.0 and later, on phones and tablets. Android TV is on the roadmap.
