What we're asked for, and what we hand over
Every quarter we count the abuse reports and the requests from authorities we receive, and how we answered them. The last number never changes, because we don't keep the data people ask for.

The numbers
Counts come straight from our abuse queue. They include every report and request, whatever the outcome.
First report after the first quarter of operation
PryVPN is in beta. We will publish the first numbers once we've run the service for a full quarter, and add a new quarter each time one ends. Until then, the answer to "how much user data have you handed over?" is already known: none.
How to read this report
Requests from authorities
Orders and requests from police, courts and other public bodies. We answer each one in writing and count it here, whatever it asked for.
Data handed over
Records about what a user did online. We don't keep any, so this stays at zero. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

Why is "data handed over" always zero?
Because there is nothing to hand over. PryVPN doesn't log the sites people visit, their DNS queries, their traffic or which account used a server's IP at a given time. If an authority asks, we explain that in writing, and the request still counts in this report.
What counts as a request from an authority?
Any order or request from police, courts or other public bodies asking for information about users or asking us to act, whatever the outcome. Informal questions from companies count as abuse reports instead.
When is the report updated?
Once a quarter, a few days after it ends. The first report comes after our first full quarter of operation.
