Roaming and travel eSIMs
PryVPN works on roaming data and on travel eSIMs. Many travel eSIMs already send your traffic through another country, so websites may show a different location even before you connect. With PryVPN on, they see our server instead.
On a slow or distant connection, pick the closest location, or let Smart Location choose.
Banking and other apps that block VPNs
Some banks and payment apps block sign-ins from VPN servers or from abroad. Exclude them with split tunneling so they connect directly, and keep everything else protected.
Hotels, airports and cafés
Sign in to the Wi-Fi first, then connect. If the network blocks VPNs, use Stealth. See Public Wi-Fi.
Countries that restrict VPNs
Using a VPN is legal in most countries, but a few restrict or ban it. Check the rules of the country you're visiting before you go; you're responsible for following them. Where VPNs are blocked, Stealth may help, but we can't promise it works everywhere.
