Every PryVPN server learns how much it can carry and shares its bandwidth fairly between the people using it. When a server stays close to full:
- Smart Location stops sending new people there. People already connected aren't moved.
- In Locations it shows as Busy. If you pick it yourself, PryVPN suggests a quieter server once, and you decide.
Nobody is cut off: a busy server keeps working, it's just slower at peak times. Web pages, calls and the start of videos go first; long downloads give way a little while the server is full.
Busy servers are also how we know where to add capacity.
