Open the Leak test from the Protection tab and tap Run test. It checks:
- Public IP: the address our server sees for this app. While connected, it should be a PryVPN server's IP.
- DNS server in use: it should be the PryVPN resolver inside the tunnel. If Android's Private DNS is on, you get a warning: see DNS filters.
- IPv6: routed through the tunnel, or no IPv6 on this network. If IPv6 bypasses the VPN, turn on IPv6 leak protection.
- VPN active in Android: whether Android is routing traffic through a VPN.
What it can't see
It only checks what this app sees. It can't see what other apps do, and it doesn't look at your browsing. In Stealth mode the PryVPN app stays outside the tunnel, so the in-app check sees your network's IP: tap Check in browser to test from a browser instead.
